This equipment is a highly efficient solution for the automatic production of many gift boxes such as book-shaped boxes. It has the functions of automatic feeding, automatic drilling, automatic dispensing, and automatic magnet (iron sheet) attachment. It replaces the traditional labour-intensive manual mode of picking holes and placing magnets.

FEATURES OF THE DRILLING SECTION: Automatic drilling, equipped with an automatic vacuum cleaner and blowing system, the depth and diameter of the drilling can be adjusted flexibly, and the unevenness of the manual picking can be changed.

FEATURES OF THE DISPENSING SECTION: the size and position of glue can be adjusted according to the product, effectively solving the problems of inaccurate dispensing and overflowing glue.

FEATURES OF THE MAGNET/IRON-SHEET INSERTING SECTION: It can attach 1, 2 (iron sheets) at the same time, with adjustable position, adjustable speed, and adjustable pressure. The program for attaching single and double sheets can be set as per requirement.

PRODUCTION SPEED: The output can reach 2700-3000 Pcs/Hr. approximately, which saves labor cost and production timing. It can be operated by a single operator.
FEEDING UNIT:
It works according to different specifications of cardboard adjustments, to ensure that the product feed smooth, stable, and with a high positioning accuracy.
GLUING UNIT:
The size and position of the glue can be adjusted according to the product specifications to effectively control inaccurate and abnormal glue leakages.
DRILLING UNIT:
Automatic drilling, equipped with automatic vacuum cleaner and blower system, depth and drilling diameter can be adjusted flexibly to change the uneven situation of manual hole picking.
CHIP PASTING UNIT:
One, two, or three magnets/iron-sheets can be pasted. The pressure size, position, and speed can be adjusted. Single or double sheets pasting program can be set.
